We were approached recently by the Leader of Labrador Joeys, requesting that we attend a meeting and show the Joeys some wood working activity.  

On Wednesday night, Graham Braund, Frank Law and Len Thomson went along and Graham put on a woodturning demonstration making a bowl and a woggle.  

The Joeys were enthralled and were extremely inquisitive.  Questions kept flowing and they were fascinated by the shavings that came off the lathe and were blowing around.  

We have been invited back later in the year.
