ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

On Tuesday 30th July 2019 Men’s Shed Labrador held its Annual General Meeting.  

The meeting was attended by around 52 members as well as a number of guests:

State Member for Bonney, Sam O’Connor; Division 4 Councillor, Kristyn Boulton; representing Stuart Robert MP and Minister for Government Services, Nathan Kicks and Sherry Swenson; Bronwyn Lacey from Council and Brian Finn, who provides and maintains our website.

Frank Law was presented with Honorary Life Membership and Brian Finn was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation for the service he gives to the Shed by way of providing and maintaining our website.

President Merv Holliday gave a very comprehensive report on the activities of the Shed throughout the year.  As Merv has served 3 years in the role of President he did not nominate for re-election.  Secretary Len Thomson stood down after nearly 11 years in the role.
